We measure how the site is used with PostHog, hosted in the EU. By default this works without cookies: your IP address and browser are turned into a hash on PostHog's servers, which counts you as a visitor for one day and then resets. We see pages viewed, clicks, how far you scroll and which links you follow. We cannot tell who you are, and we do not record your location.

If you accept cookies in the banner, PostHog also sets a cookie so we recognise your browser across visits, and it records your session: mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Anything you type is masked. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

We use this to understand which pages work and which do not. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising.

Anything you send to one of our addresses is kept as long as we are in contact, and as long as we need it afterwards to follow up. Entrepreneur applications are kept for as long as we are assessing them and may be shared within the OWOW team.

The banner asks once. Decline and we measure without cookies. Accept and PostHog sets a cookie for twelve months. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
